How do I cancel or modify my online order?

Due to the processing times of our orders, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed.

Can I order through your website and pick-up the shoes in my chosen branch?

At this time, we cannot accommodate such requests. You can send us an email at to inquire availability of your preferred style at your chosen branch.

What if the product I want is no longer available online?

Send us an email at and we can direct you to the in store locations where your size and chosen style is available.

What are my payment options?

We offer cash on delivery, cash on pick up, bank deposits and GCash.

Do you offer lifetime warranty?

No we do not. We can resole your shoes for a fee should your shoes be worn out over use and time.

Can you repair my shoes?

It depends on the damage. You can send us an email with pictures of the damage at and we will reply to your message as soon as possible. But if the damage is because of wear and tear of the soles, we offer resoling services for Bristol Shoes products--Php 880 for leather sole; Php 780 for rubber sole.

Do you resoling other brands shoes?

No because our resoling process includes the step of re-lasting using our own shoe lasts and other brands’ shape is not the same as ours.

How long does it take to resole my shoes?

Seven working days.

How will I send you my shoes for resoling?

For online purchases, send us an email and we will arrange a pick-up time at your chosen location.

For in store purchases, you can drop your shoes off at the following locations: Market! Market! Branch,Marikina Shoe Gallery in Riverbanks Mall and Bristol Shoes factory in Marikina (Mondays - Fridays, 8am to 5pm)

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we can only offer shipping within the Philippines for now.

Can we go to your factory and buy shoes?

Unfortunately, we do not sell at our factory because the shoes manufactured already have their designated stores even before they are finished.

Do you offer bespoke services?

At the moment we do not but it is something we'd like to offer in the future.

What is your return policy?

Our products are reflections of our commitment in producing high quality and excellent craftsmanship. We will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Bristol Shoes reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.If you need a different color, size or style, we offer free returns and exchanges by mail.
